Blumfeld´s Five is a cinetic light/sound installation for a modified overhead projector(2009). Materials: 1 overhead projector, 1 loudspeaker , 1 audio amplifier, 1 CD-player oder MD-player, cable, nylon thread, threaded rods, screws, transparent plastic, 2 monochords (wood, steel wire), 5 table tennis balls

Title: Sound path: interactive sound installtion for organ pipes and blowers.

Sound path was build up as a sound installation for the Art Room Aachen/Germany.

Materials: wooden organpipes, wooden boxes with blowers and infrared-sensors inside, plastik hoses

Titel: A Map, a Table, an Instrument.

An early and fine example of an interactive map is Daniel Spoerri’s “Topographie Anecdotée du Hasard” (An Anecdoted Topography of Chance). On october 17th, 1961, the artist drew a map of the state of his table at 15h47, in room 13 of the Hotel de Carcassonne in the Rue Mouffetard in Paris, where he was living and working at the time.

The exposition ‘beyond the Amateur’presents a radical reinterpetation of Dutch photography based on the research and collection of Arjan de Nooy. You will be able to admire, amongst others, the first prints by Adriaan Paauw, classified by De Nooy as the inventor of photography.
